Judy Tint

Judy Tint is a music attorney, educator, musician, and NYC native. A graduate of Rutgers College and Columbia Law School, she represents artists, songwriters, producers, labels, and more, from unknowns to icons. She has served on the faculty of the NYU Steinhardt Music Business Program since 2008. She is Chair of the ABA Forum on The Entertainment and Sports Industries and a longtime Board member of WhyHunger and The R&B Foundation.  She has spent ten years on the Board of Governors of The Recording Academy’s NY Chapter, and is a frequent speaker at music industry conferences across the country.

Judy is also a musician and songwriter. She has provided vocals and percussion on many recordings, and has performed at Carnegie Hall, The Apollo Theater, Radio City Music Hall, The Ryman Auditorium, the Waterfront Blues Festival, and numerous other venues, and  on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” and several PBS music specials. She is firm believer in the power of music to change the world.
