Megan West is a member of the Commercial Label Partnerships team at Facebook, Inc. The team works with Facebook’s record label partners to help them maximize the capabilities of Facebook’s family of apps (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Oculus, and What’sApp) to help their artists connect with fans across the globe. Prior to Facebook, West spent much of her career bridging the gap between music and tech, most recently as the VP of Content and Community at SoundCloud, overseeing relationships with major labels and artists, audio partners and emerging creators. Earlier in her career West helped companies including Amazon Music and Microsoft engage with and effectively partner with the music industry. She began her career in artist management.
