Ronnie Madra is a seasoned entrepreneur in the nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment world. He is Co-Founder and Partner of The Butter Group and its leading global nightclub brand, 1 OAK, with locations across New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Dubai and The Maldives. More recently, after suffering from Tinnitus and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), Madra founded EAROS, which offers a revolutionary high-fidelity hearing protection product called EAROS ONE for the nightlife, hospitality, sports, and fitness sectors.
