Lezlie Harrison’s burnished, soulful alto highlights her distinctive blend of jazz and classic 70s soul drawing upon the deepest foundations of her musical orientation. Her Great American Soul Book features songs written by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Bob Dylan. Jazz standards will preside alongside popular songs laced with gospel infusion and ballads that morph into funk excursions.
