The Studio40 Showcase will begin at 6 PM with a special panel discussion featuring advice for emerging artists in New York City and will feature Bronx-based hip-hop artist Mickey Factz and Sirius XM’s Gray Rizzy.
After the panel discussion, artists and creators from NYPL’s Studio40 will share their work—either in a completed form or as works-in-progress—as live performances, music, video, podcast excerpts, and a sound and video gallery.

Come discover local up-and-coming NYC artists and be inspired by folks at all stages of their creative careers!

This showcase is taking place with the kind support of the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) in celebration of New York Music Month (NYMM).
