Clio Massey

Clio Massey is the co-president of Arista Records and Head of Work of Art Music Publishing. She founded Work of Art in 2018 and it is home to Grammy-nominated JP Saxe and the double platinum Paul Russell. Massey took the reins of Arista Records in 2025 alongside co-president Matt D’Arduini where they service a roster that includes singer-songwriter Jonah Kagen, whose 700 million+ streamed catalog includes #1 Alt radio hit “God Needs the Devil,” as well as German DJ/producer BUNT. who in just the past month has made his Coachella debut and was included in Rolling Stone’s 2026 Future 25 which is in addition to a catalog that has been streamed over a billion times and ahead of a fall headlining run that has sold over 100k tickets and counting. The roster also includes Buffalo Traffic Jam, Chelsea Jordan, Thomas Day and Sunday (1994). 

Massey started her career at Universal Music Publishing in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, she worked for Sony/ATV Music Publishing where she signed several GRAMMY-nominated songwriters including Maggie Rogers and Geoff Warburton (Shawn Mendes “In My Blood”). 

She was named to Billboard’s Women In Music list in both 2022 and 2026.
