Crystal Gans

With 19 years of experience in marketing and advertising and a strong passion for music, audio, events, and digital platforms, I successfully led media sales organizations (iHeartMedia and Cox Media Group) to create integrated marketing opportunities that delivered results for both local and national brands. 

Developing unique, innovative marketing strategies is my passion. Seeing those strategies directly impact growth drives me. Everyday, I effectively communicate complex campaign tactics, express ROI-based stories, and interpret real-time data to educate clients and support results-based decisions. 

In 2020, I officially launched Mind Our Music after years of supporting, coaching, and developing aspiring artists. Founded upon a passion for music and integrity, we believe in an artist-first, hands-on approach to developing and managing talent. Mind OUR Music: we're on this journey together. 

In 2024, I started managing Sony Music Publishing pop/folk act, Raynes. With hundreds of thousands of monthly listeners and tens of millions of streams, Raynes has performed at BottleRock Festival and in clubs, concert halls, and amphitheaters across the US and the UK, developing a reputation as a high-energy live act. 

In 2025, Raynes’ rendition of “I Want You to Want Me” was featured in an episode of Love Is Blind on Netflix.
