Crystal Morris is the Founder and CEO of Digital Royalty Distribution, a music rights administration and royalty services company dedicated to helping independent artists, producers, songwriters, and rights holders properly collect and maximize their music income worldwide. With over 8 years of experience in music publishing, royalty administration, music licensing, and rights management, Crystal has built a reputation for advocating for transparency, education, and empowerment within the music industry. In addition to leading Digital Royalty Distribution, Crystal serves as Vice President of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) Atlanta Chapter, where she supports initiatives focused on music publishing education, community engagement, and industry development throughout the region. She is also a member of The Recording Academy, contributing to conversations surrounding creator advocacy and the evolving music business landscape. Throughout her career, Crystal has worked across publishing administration, royalty auditing, catalog management, and financial operations, helping bridge the gap between creativity and business for music creators.
