DeVasha Lloyd

Vocal Visionary
DeVasha Lloyd is a classically trained soprano, vocal director, and creative executive whose career has uniquely bridged the worlds of music, media, publishing, and live performance. She began her formal musical journey at the famed Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts before continuing her vocal studies at Westminster Choir College as a Voice Performance major. Over the years, she has cultivated a rich soprano instrument with a remarkable four-and-a-half octave range. Most recently, she performed with the United Nations Symphony Orchestra and appeared at Carnegie Hall, continuing a lifelong commitment to artistic excellence and vocal preservation. While her professional path expanded into leadership roles across advertising, television production, live-stage productions, and publishing, music has remained a central and grounding force in her life and work. Lloyd currently serves as Music Director at the historic Bridge Street AME Church, where she leads and mentors vocalists while continuing her own vocal development through ongoing coaching and disciplined study. She is also the Founder and CEO of Elevation Publishing Group, a boutique publishing company focused on thought leadership, storytelling, and global distribution. Her multidisciplinary career reflects a deep belief that artistry and entrepreneurship are complementary pursuits alike.
