Erica Ramon
Erica Ramon is the Head of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Calm and Collected Music Group, with more than 20 years of experience across music, culture, and artist development. She leads artist–platform relationships while developing strategic partnerships and experiential activations that connect music to everyday life.
Erica began her career at Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), working closely with songwriters and composers, before moving into roles at HITS Magazine and The MGMT Company. There, she worked across artist management, including early work with Thirty Seconds to Mars during a period that would lead to their record-breaking global tour.
She later spent a decade as Vice President and Artist Manager at DAS Communications, where she helped shape the careers of artists including Passion Pit, Fergie, Prince Royce, and The Pretty Reckless, leading global touring, brand partnerships, and long-term strategy.
In parallel, Erica runs a boutique consulting practice advising artists at all stages of their careers and has contributed to more than 35 No. 1 singles and over $350 million in ticket sales. A graduate of the University of California, Davis, she has pursued training in fitness and nutrition, informing her work at the intersection of music, lifestyle, and well-being.
