Joanna Batemits

Joanna Batemits is an award-winning Music Supervisor and Executive Producer with more than 13 years of experience across entertainment and advertising. Before founding CLUB S’AKOÚO in 2024, she led the music department at boutique agency Carousel working on global campaigns for major brands (Pepsi, Lays, TJ Maxx, Calvin Klein, Neutrogena, Grubhub, and more.). Prior to that, she worked within leading music companies, representing artists, writers, and producers driving synch opportunities across film, television, and brand campaigns. Joanna pairs her discerning ears with imaginative instincts and sharp business acumen. And yet, her greatest strength is her capacity to listen and connect - both on a human level and a visual one. Over the years, she has honed her skills in music supervision, copyright clearance, licensing, original music production, talent negotiations, and strategy all while building an impressive portfolio. She currently oversees music for Victoria’s Secret’s global advertising, securing thousands of songs across campaigns, social strategy, and events. Her recent work earned a Clio Award in Music Marketing for Ticketmaster’s “Music Finds You” — a cross-platform collaboration with TikTok, Shazam, and Snapchat — in which she led talent and music acquisition for multiple artists, including Meghan Trainor.
