Joie Binns

Joie N. Binns is a powerhouse music executive and entertainment strategist currently serving as Vice President of Operations for CMG, the label founded by Yo Gotti and home to stars including GloRilla, Moneybagg Yo, EST Gee, 42 Dugg, and Big Boogie. Where she helps oversee key business and distribution initiatives while building a reputation for excellence in artist development, branding, and executive leadership. A 2x Women in Music honoree, Joie has worked with acclaimed artists including Ne-Yo, BIA, and Justine Skye. She previously ran operations for Roc Nations distribution working closely on the NFL partnership. She also manages rising superstar Journey Montana and is a proud mother of three daughters.
