Justine Lucas
Justine Lucas is the Founder & CEO of Q15 Impact - a social impact advisory and strategy practice. Q15 works with executives on bringing big social impact ideas to life, bridging both climate and culture. For the previous 7 years, she was Executive Director of Rihanna's Clara Lionel Foundation which focuses on climate resilience and climate justice, both in the Caribbean and United States. Prior to that, she was the Global Director of Programs for Global Citizen where she oversaw events, talent recruitment, programs and strategic partnerships. She was a Producer of the 2012 - 2016 Global Citizen Festivals in Central Park and the 2015 Global Citizen Earth Day event on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. She has spent her career in impact and philanthropy, working extensively on human rights and access to justice issues in Cameroon and she began her career at Safe Horizon in NYC, providing advocacy and support for survivors of all forms of violence.
