Kristen London serves as TuneCore's Head of Publishing where she leads the company’s global music publishing strategy, ensuring songwriters collect the royalties they are owed. Working alongside TuneCore’s parent company, Believe, she focuses on identifying strategic opportunities and maximizing operational efficiency to help empower independent songwriters. Before joining TuneCore, Kristen spent three years in M&A investment banking, acting as a strategic advisor to high-growth companies across the media and music landscape. She helped lead a number of major transactions, including 300 Entertainment’s sale to Warner Music Group. London received her MBA from Columbia Business School in 2019 and her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University in 2014. Kristen takes full advantage of New York’s live music scene, attending multiple shows per week at independent venues across the city. A dedicated DJ herself, she gravitates to all forms of dance music, from House to Techno, but also has a deep love for jazz and the city’s vibrant jazz scene. Finally, she is the co-founder of Dancing in Socks, a bi-monthly dance series and online community that fosters connection and self-expression through electronic and dance music.
