Lauren is the Chief Operating Officer of EVEN, a music technology company building direct-to-fan commerce infrastructure for artists, labels, and distributors. As COO, she oversees operations, marketing, partnerships, and people — driving the strategic and day-to-day decisions that shape how EVEN grows and goes to market. 

EVEN's platform enables artists to sell music directly to fans before it hits streaming services, creating early access moments, exclusive content, and community-driven commerce that generate real revenue and deeper fan relationships. 

Lauren brings deep executive experience across music and technology, having held senior leadership roles at SoundCloud, UnitedMasters, Instagram, and Parkwood. A Billboard Power 100 honoree, she sits at the intersection of music industry expertise and startup operator instincts — equally fluent in deal structure, brand strategy, and building teams from the ground up.
