Thirty Tigers/NYU Adjunct ProfessorLee Dannay is the Head of A&R at Thirty Tigers, a leading independent label services company known for its innovative work in marketing, distribution, and artist development. With more than 30 years of experience in A&R and music publishing, she has held senior executive positions at Columbia Records, Epic Records, and Warner/Chappell Music, helping shape the careers of acclaimed artists including John Mayer, Brandi Carlile, Train, and Moby. Her current roster includes artists such as Corinne Bailey Rae, Rosanne Cash, Amos Lee, Bruce Hornsby, Béla Fleck, and Taj Mahal.
Lee also serves as President of the New York Chapter of The Recording Academy and is a passionate advocate for music education, mentorship, and artist development. She actively supports organizations including Musicians On Call, She Is The Music, and Grammy U. In addition to serving on several nonprofit and advisory boards, she is an adjunct professor at NYU Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, where she mentors and prepares the next generation of music industry professionals.
