With years of experience at Songtrust and Downtown Music, he’s led global music education efforts, produced international panels and showcases, and forged partnerships that uplift underrepresented voices across the U.S., Latin America, and beyond. From organizing music camps in El Salvador that received national media coverage, to speaking on global sync panels in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Peru, mentoring with Live Out L!ve in Los Angeles, serving as a voting member for awards in El Salvador and Canada, and organizing events for Latinx professionals in the music industry through Industry in Spanglish — Marvin’s work sits at the intersection of artist development, education, and cultural exchange.
