Matt Maschi

Matt Maschi is a music industry executive with 15 years of experience in A&R, publishing, and artist development. He launched his career by discovering and signing hit songwriter and producer Jon Bellion—whose credits include Justin Bieber, Maroon 5, Eminem, Rihanna, Halsey, Jonas Brothers, Kid Laroi, Jimin, and Jung Kook. Matt went on to hold A&R roles at Atlantic Records, Epic Records, and Republic Records, followed by four years at Universal Music Publishing.

Today, Matt has come full circle as co-founder of Beautiful Mind, a company he launched with Bellion that encompasses music publishing, management, and a record label. Together, they’ve helped shape major projects including the latest albums from the Jonas Brothers and Tori Kelly, multiple #1 singles, and earned two 2024 Grammy nominations for Album of the Year and Song of the Year for Jon Batiste’s World Music Radio. In 2025, their team also took home two BMI Pop Awards, cementing Beautiful Mind as a creative force in modern music.
