UnitedMastersMatt brings 25+ years of experience in music and brand partnerships, with a track record of connecting artists and brands in ways that drive both cultural impact and business growth. He joined UnitedMasters in 2025 as Director, Sync & Artist Brand Partnerships to secure meaningful brand collaborations and ensure that artists have the opportunities, visibility, and support they need to grow into superstar artists and household names.
Matt was most recently at Roc Nation, where he produced campaigns and collabs with Mustard x Native Instruments and Tinashe x Cetaphil. Prior to that, he spent eight years at United Entertainment Group, developing and executing global music campaigns for brands such as The North Face, On, Pernod Ricard, Starbucks and Barilla. Earlier in his career, he started and led the Artist Partnership group at Pandora during the early days of streaming, where he helped pioneer new models at the intersection of music and technology. He started his career at Geffen Records in Los Angeles and worked with Stevie Wonder.
When he’s not producing brand campaigns, he’s writing & producing his own music with his bandmate, as Innis Rowe.
