A 20+ year veteran of the music industry, Matthew has led global marketing initiatives, produced landmark events and helped shape the careers of both legendary and breakthrough talent. He is also the Co-Founder of Artist For Action, a national platform mobilizing artists around urgent causes, with a focus on gun violence prevention and creative advocacy. 

Known for drawing the line between creativity and purpose, Matthew brings a bold, empathetic voice to conversations around cultural leadership, innovation and the evolving role of artists as agents of change.
