Meredith O’Leary is a music industry executive with more than 15 years of experience spanning music supervision, creative partnerships, and licensing across advertising, entertainment, and brand marketing. She currently serves as Vice President of Sync Marketing at Concord Label Group, where she has spent the past eight years leading sync strategy and driving placements for frontline and catalog artists across major ad campaigns and branded content. Prior to Concord, Meredith was at Big Sync Music and Carousel, where she music supervised worldwide campaigns for Victoria’s Secret, Pepsi, Calvin Klein, Dove, Budweiser, and many more. It was there she developed a deep expertise in music supervision and licensing and a supreme love for the business. Her experience spans advertising, branded content, television, film, and artist development, with a career rooted in creative instinct, relationship-building, and commercial impact. Meredith is passionate about championing artists through sync and creating culturally resonant partnerships that connect audiences with music.
