Michael Pelczynski is a recognized innovator in the music industry, shaping the future of music rights, digital economics, and AI-driven business models. With a career spanning strategic leadership roles at major music and tech companies, he has been instrumental in evolving the streaming economy, advancing IP rights and licensing frameworks, and pioneering ethical AI practices. 

As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy & Impact Officer at Voice-Swap, he leads vision, partnerships, and policy engagement—ensuring AI voice technology is developed with transparency, accountability, and legislative foresight. He launched the first technical certification for AI voice models in partnership with BMAT, setting a new industry benchmark. 

Michael also serves as EVP of Digital Strategy & Distribution at Rostrum Pacific, overseeing AI-integrated distribution and business development via its SpaceHeater arm. He previously co-developed SoundCloud’s Fan-Powered Royalties—the first user-centric payout model at scale—and held strategic roles at Warner Music Group, focused on licensing, catalog economics, and digital rights optimization.

A former BMG-signed songwriter and Libera Awards semi-finalist, Michael brings a creator’s lens to his strategic work. He is the founder of consultancy Forms + Shapes and a frequent speaker at industry events, drawing on a cross-sector career to bridge creativity, policy, and innovation.
