Michele previously created and led the French Music Export Office in New York, where she played a key role in connecting French artists and industry professionals with the U.S. market. 

Her career highlights include serving as Head of International Content Acquisition for IODA (Independent Online Distribution Alliance), where she spearheaded partnerships to expand global digital distribution. She also led the international department at Putumayo World Music, successfully building a distribution network in over 90 countries. Beyond her strategic roles, Michele founded an independent record label in New York City, worked as a producer and engineer in Europe and the U.S., and contributed to numerous recordings as a performer and composer.
