Miguel Ramos

Miguel Ramos is the Founder of Elevación Talent LLC and serves as Treasurer and board member of Queer Capita, based in Austin, Texas. Through Elevación Talent, he manages and develops emerging music artists while creating strategic brand, growth opportunities, and partnerships. Queer Capita is a national nonprofit empowering LGBTQ+ and allied professionals across music, media, and entertainment through networking, mentorship, and career development. Launched in New York City in 2021, it now serves professionals in NYC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, Nashville, Austin, and Charlotte. With over a decade of experience across sales, marketing, and entertainment, Miguel brings a strong business and growth-focused lens to artist development, industry, and community building.
