Nicholas Greto

Nick Greto is the co-founder of Sounds of Saving (SoS), a music and mental health nonprofit that helps young people use their connection to music as a tool for emotional awareness, resilience, and human connection. Through artist-led storytelling, live experiences, and a classroom-based curriculum, SoS meets people where they already are, using music as an entry point to conversations that can be hard to start otherwise.

The work is rooted in Nick’s own experience with loss, including the suicide of his uncle, which shaped his belief in music as a powerful tool for processing emotion and finding connection.

In partnership with organizations like the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, SoS has created the “Songs That Found Me at the Right Time” series and worked with artists such as Geese, Sharon Van Etten, Sarah Kinsley, and G Herbo.

Before founding SoS, Nick spent over a decade building and leading teams across the startup, advertising, and music industries, working at the intersection of content, technology, and human behavior. His work today focuses on building culturally relevant pathways for connection through music.
