Tara Duvivier

Tara Duvivier is a Senior Planner at the Pratt Center for Community Development in New York City. She is a native New Yorker who seeks to improve the lives of marginalized groups – as they have contributed the most to the development of New York City as a global cultural hub. A certified urban planner, she has spent most of her career working in affordable housing development but has recently shifted solely to planning, working with communities to address issues around economic resilience and racial justice. She is a DJ and event producer, extending her day practice into nightlife by supporting various scenes throughout the city and seeking ways to improve working conditions for her peers.
