New Noise Magazine, Williamsburg School of Music, Spotlights, Julie ChristmasChris Enriquez is the Marketing Director at New Noise Magazine. His career started as the Marketing Director for Revolver Magazine and expanded to Loudwire, BrooklynVegan, Alternative Press and The Hard Times.
He is also a drummer who plays drums in On the Might of Princes, Spotlights and Julie Christmas. He has been featured on records released by Revelation Records, Ipecac and more. Collectively, he’s toured the world and shared stages with Deftones, Refused, Melvins, Foo Fighters, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Refused, Limp Bizkit and Coheed Cambria plus more.
He grew up in the punk scene on Long Island, where he learned about business and started booking local shows. He booked shows that included My Chemical Romance, Gaslight Anthem, Taking Back Sunday, and Brand New during the early days of their respective careers.
As of recently, Chris is also a music teacher at Williamsburg School of Music, where he teaches "Rock band" to children. He also teaches drums to adults and does drum session work. He has recorded at world famous studios such as Magic Shop, Studio G, Silver Cord, Eastside Sound and Spaceman Sound. Chris has spoken at Musicians Institute, Hofstra University and SAE Institute of Technology, Apple and Rough Trade.
