Jeffrey Garcia

Jeffrey Garcia serves as Executive Director of the NYC Office of Nightlife at the Department of Small Business Services. He is an accomplished hospitality entrepreneur, industry advocate and retired First Grade Detective of the New York City Police Department Organized Crime Control Bureau. Previous to this role he served as President of the New York State Latino Restaurant, Bar and Lounge Association and Founder of the Latino Cannabis Association. He also served on the NYS Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) law reform commission and NYC Small Business Advisory Commission and, as an Executive Board Member of NYC Hospitality Alliance.
