Jelena Grozdanich

Jelena Grozdanich is a New York-based music executive, talent manager, wellness advocate, and community builder whose work bridges music, movement, and mental well-being. As Director of Sync at Soundstripe, she leads creative music partnerships across film, television, advertising, and brand storytelling. Prior to joining Soundstripe, she spent over a decade at Sony Music and Columbia Records, shaping sync strategy and securing placements across acclaimed series, films, games, and campaigns - with artists including Beyoncé, Bob Dylan, Harry Styles, Adele, Bruce Springsteen, Miley Cyrus, and Tyler, The Creator. Jelena is also the founder of Guardian MGMT, a talent management company representing movement artists, aerialists, dancers, and choreographers. Her roster has appeared alongside SZA, Lana Del Rey, FKA Twigs and Rosalía, and partnered with brands like ON, Nike, Alexander Wang and Savage Fenty, bringing together worlds of music performance, embodiment, and visual storytelling. Alongside her work in entertainment, Jelena is known for integrating wellness and emotional sustainability into high-performance creative environments. She was a founding board member and VP for Wellful, Sony Music’s wellness employee network, where she developed programming focused on burnout prevention, resilience, sobriety inclusion, and holistic health.
